 Rent Your Own

At Rent You Own, you get to name your own requirements and qualifications - it's a program like other. Created for this economy post the Covid collapse and AI takeover, it's similar to Lease to Buy or Rent To Own. As a Real Estate Consulting Agency, we want sellers and prospective landlords to know that this option can increase their wealth by 100%, and we have the knowledge to prove it at Psalms Properties. Renting your own puts power, authority, and value in palms of your hands. It says that you trust yourself and understand that the market dictates housing prices. With this option, you have the say in who, what, where, when, and how you make money - even while you sleep or on vacation. Trust yourself before anyone else and invest in your legacy and good name.

Qualifications

When it comes to renting out  your own home, it's important to set your own rules. Consider who you are looking for as a tenant. Do you require perfect credit and background checks? Or are you willing to  help out a family in need? Maybe you're looking for a long term tenant who can build their savings and credit over time. Whatever your criteria, now might not be the best time to sell your home. Renting it out could be a wise decision, especially in today's pre-presidential election market. Trust yourself, you  know.
