That led to a radio show, a chance to dive headfirst into the swirling world of careers and businesses. Hosted on LA Radio Now, and owned by Troy Rawlings, it was the proving grounds!

But Kim wasn't just content to be a behind-the-scenes observer. She wanted to help! She saw the incredible stories buzzing amongst the entrepreneurs around her – the passion, the innovation, the sheer grit – and knew they deserved a brighter spotlight.
